Ottawa:General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam participated and delivered remarks at a high-level business dialogue between Vietnam and Canada in Ottawa on September 25, during his state visit to Canada. According to Vietnam News Agency, the event was organized collaboratively by the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance and Global Affairs Canada. It featured the participation of Canadian Minister of International Trade Maninder Sidhu, along with Vietnamese officials and business representatives from both nations.During the occasion, General Secretary and President Lam, along with Minister Sidhu, witnessed the exchange of cooperation documents between businesses from Vietnam and Canada.
