The president of the Volleyball Association of Thailand confirmed that he will assign 'Coach Odd' to return to coach the Thai women's volleyball team and asked for Feng Khun, Coach Odd's wife, to help develop the team. Mr. Somporn Usibangyang, President of the Volleyball Association of Thailand, confirmed that 'Coach Odd' Kiattipong Rachata-kriangkrai, former head coach of the Thai women's national volleyball team, who is currently the technical chairman, will return to coach the Thai women's team again. He has assigned 'Coach Odd' to prepare a development plan for athletes from the youth and junior levels to train together because during this time, the senior Thai women's volleyball team has traveled to compete at the professional level both in the Thai league and abroad. The association has assigned 'Coach Odd' to personally select a coaching staff and has also written a letter to the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) to request Feng Kun, Coach Odd's wife, a former player on the Chinese national volleyball team, to help develop the Thai women's volleyball team. The association president added that 'Coach Odd's' work does not involve a team management contract because he is already part of the association's team. As for Feng Kun, he will request support from the FIVB in the same manner as 'Coach Park' Park Ki Won, head coach of the men's volleyball team. Source: Thai News Agency
