The commercial and economic zones of Nan city are still experiencing intermittent rain. The water level has stabilized and decreased slightly by about 10 cm. However, in some areas, the water is still almost 1 meter high. Shops and banks have had to close by default. Many shop owners have barely slept because they have been monitoring the water all night. They said that this is the biggest flooding in Nan in decades. They are still worried that there will be more water from the north. In addition, thousands of houses in communities are still flooded almost 2 meters high. The flooding has spread from the Nan River for about 3 kilometers, almost covering the entire area.
