Hanoi:Thanh Yen In early October, the border commune of Thanh Yen in Dien Bien Province is experiencing a productive harvest season for winter melon. According to Vietnam News Agency, the commune has approximately 50 hectares dedicated to winter melon cultivation, yielding around 100 tons per hectare. This crop is generating higher income due to stable market prices, making it an effective agricultural transition strategy.
