Phu tho: The People's Committee of northern Phu Tho province and Japan's Meiko Group broke ground on the Meiko Yen Quang semiconductor manufacturing plant at Yen Quang Industrial Park. The project has an initial investment exceeding 500 million USD, focusing on applications related to artificial intelligence and space technology.

According to Vietnam News Agency, once fully operational, the facility is projected to generate annual revenue of approximately 530 million USD. Additionally, it is anticipated to create around 2,000 jobs for local workers, significantly contributing to the region's economic development.
