Da nang: Martin Kabaluapa Kapinga, Chief of Country Offices Division at the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), has presented a symbolic donation of 40,000 USD to support the central city of Da Nang’s recovery efforts following the heavy rains and Typhoon Kalmaegi.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the financial assistance aims to aid the city in rebuilding and restoring essential services that were disrupted by the natural disasters. The contribution is part of WWF’s broader commitment to support communities impacted by climate-related events and to enhance their resilience against future occurrences.
