75-Year Tradition of Vietnam’s Youth Volunteer Force Celebrated

Hanoi: The 75th founding anniversary of the traditional day of Vietnam’s Youth Volunteer Force, spanning from July 15, 1950, to 2025, was celebrated in Hanoi on July 15. At the event, 22 individuals representing over 1,600 former youth volunteers nationwide were honored with medals. The celebration was a joint effort by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) Central Committee and the Central Committee of Vietnam Ex-Youth Volunteers Association.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the event highlighted the significant contributions of youth volunteers throughout Vietnam’s history. The honored individuals were acknowledged for their dedication and service, which have been pivotal in various national development efforts over the years. The celebration also served as a reminder of the enduring spirit and commitment of the youth volunteer force, which continues to inspire new generations.
