Da Nang: The Da Nang International Terminal Investment and Operation Joint Stock Company (AHT) has officially handed over the automatic immigration gate system, known as Autogate, to the Vietnam Immigration Department under the Ministry of Public Security. This new system, which was inaugurated on March 20, is now operational at Da Nang International Airport, streamlining the immigration process while improving security measures.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the implementation of the Autogate system marks a significant milestone for Da Nang International Airport, making it the first airport in Vietnam to offer a fully automated process from check-in and baggage drop to immigration procedures and boarding gates. This advancement is expected to enhance the overall convenience for travelers passing through the airport.
