Hanoi:General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam, along with his spouse, hosted a banquet for Panamanian President José Raúl Mulino and his spouse.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the event took place in Hanoi on the evening of October 6, celebrating the visit of the Panamanian President.
