Hanoi:General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam hosted an official welcome ceremony for Panamanian President José Raúl Mulino and his spouse. The event took place in Hanoi on the afternoon of October 6.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the Panamanian President is on an official visit to Vietnam from October 5 to 8. Following the welcome ceremony, General Secretary and President To Lam, along with President Mulino, engaged in talks with their respective high-ranking delegations.
