Phnom penh: Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate and Acting Head of State of Cambodia, hosted a state banquet in honour of visiting General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee, To Lam, on the evening of February 6. The event was attended by Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, along with high-ranking delegations from both Vietnam and Cambodia.
