Can tho: The Mekong Delta city of Can Tho has pledged to create the most favorable conditions for Japan's Sumitomo Corporation to study and implement investment projects. The focus areas include industrial park infrastructure, green energy, and smart urban development. This commitment was communicated by city leaders during a meeting held on January 27.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting was attended by a delegation from Sumitomo Corporation, led by General Director Eita Fujikawa. The delegation visited Can Tho to survey the market and explore cooperation and investment opportunities. The city leaders emphasized their willingness to support Sumitomo Corporation in its potential ventures in the region.
