Accra:Cao Bang The Non Nuoc Cao Bang UNESCO Global Geopark, recognized in 2018, has become a catalyst for tourism growth and sustainable livelihoods in the northern mountainous province of Cao Bang. The region has transformed its geological, natural, and cultural heritage into a robust tourism sector.

According to Vietnam News Agency, Cao Bang has developed five experiential routes that have turned the geopark into an 'open-air museum.' This initiative involves local communities in heritage protection while providing tourism services. As a result, visitor numbers have increased by an average of 20-30% annually, excluding the pandemic period, with tourism extending beyond established attractions.
