Central Pattana Public Company Limited is preparing to open a new mixed-use project, 'Central Krabi,' to promote the potential of a world-class tourist city and transform projects in various important locations. The total project value is 15 billion baht, supporting a wider range of needs, as well as stimulating the country's economy and tourism. Mr. Chanawat Euwattanasakul, Chief Development and Commercial Officer, Central Pattana Public Company Limited, said, 'Central Pattana is ready to create major changes in important areas of Bangkok and important provinces of the country to meet the needs of Future Consumers with a total of 5 major Retail-Led Mixed-Use projects with a combined project value of over 15 billion baht, including Central Krabi, a world-class tourist province of Thailand with high potential and strong purchasing power, with a combined project value of 4.5 billion baht on an area of ??114 rai, consisting of a shopping mall, set to open in the third quarter of 2025, and in the future, plans to develop both premium homes, condominiums, and hotels.
