Hanoi: A contemporary craft art space opened its doors at 61 Trang Tien street in Cua Nam ward, Hanoi, on August 26. This initiative is part of a series of activities commemorating the 81st anniversary of National Day, which dates back to September 2, 1945, and extends to 2026. The venue, named Tho Heritage House, is dedicated to the preservation and promotion of traditional Vietnamese embroidery. It features exhibitions, craft demonstrations, and interactive exchanges with artisans. According to Vietnam News Agency, the artwork and products displayed at Tho Heritage House are the result of collaborations between designers and highly skilled artisans from Quat Dong, a village known for its rich embroidery tradition. The space serves as a platform for both showcasing the intricate craft and fostering collaboration between contemporary designers and traditional artisans.
