Hanoi: A delegation representing the Party Central Committee, the State President, the National Assembly, the Government, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, along with various ministries, agencies, and the city of Hanoi, laid a wreath and paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum on the morning of August 28.
