Seoul: The People's Committee of Da Nang and national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines have signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement for the 2026-2030 period. The agreement aims to strengthen air connectivity and promote tourism, investment, trade, and the central coastal city's image.

According to Vietnam News Agency, this agreement marks a new phase of collaboration following the successful implementation of the 2023-2025 partnership deal. The previous agreement helped enhance links between aviation, tourism, investment, and trade, setting a solid foundation for the current partnership.

The new agreement is expected to further bolster Da Nang's position as a key destination in the region. By improving air connectivity, the partnership aims to attract more tourists and investors to the city, thus boosting the local economy and enhancing Da Nang's global image.
