Thanh hoa: The Border Guard Command, in coordination with the Thanh Hoa provincial People's Committee, organised the 2026 'Border Areas - Full Moon Festival' programme at the Muong Lat Commune Cultural Centre on the evening of September 20, 2026. Deputy Prime Minister Le Tien Chau, Deputy Minister of National Defence Nguyen Truong Thang, and leaders from central agencies, the Ministry of National Defence, Military Region 4, and Thanh Hoa province attended the event.
