Hanoi: Deputy Prime Minister Le Tien Chau has asked ministries, sectors, and localities to complete inter-level boarding schools in border communes before the new school year begins, stressing that the deadline is a political task that must not be delayed. Chairing a meeting of the Steering Committee for building inter-level boarding schools in border communes on August 14, Chau called for greater efforts to ensure timely completion, quality, and readiness for operation ahead of September 5.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the importance of these schools in providing education to students in remote areas. The initiative aims to improve educational access and infrastructure in border regions, ensuring that students have the necessary facilities to pursue their studies effectively.

Chau highlighted the collaborative efforts required from various governmental bodies to achieve this goal, urging them to overcome any obstacles that might hinder the timely completion of the schools. The meeting underscored the commitment of the government to educational development, particularly in less accessible areas, as part of its broader educational reform agenda.
