Deputy PM Urges Faster Completion of Science, Technology, Digital Transformation Regulations

Hanoi: Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung on June 17 chaired a meeting on a decree guiding the implementation of the Law on High Technology and a number of pending legal documents under the Ministry of Science and Technology scheduled for issuance in the first half of 2026.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the importance of expediting the completion of regulations related to science, technology, and digital transformation. The meeting focused on the need for clear and effective legal frameworks to support technological advancement and innovation.

The regulations in discussion aim to provide guidance on the implementation of high technology laws and are seen as pivotal for the country's technological growth.
