Hanoi:Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung has urged the Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU Hanoi) to continue leading in technology development and innovation. He emphasized the need for the institution to gather talented individuals, bolster scientific research, and focus on the commercialization of research outcomes. This call to action was made during the 'Hoa Lac New Day 2026' event and the launch of VNU Hanoi's 120-Day Breakthrough Development Plan on October 25.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the plan aims to advance science, technology, and innovation, while also enhancing research infrastructure and fostering partnerships with businesses. The Deputy Prime Minister highlighted the importance of these initiatives in ensuring VNU Hanoi maintains its pioneering role in technology and research development.
