Dien Bien: A delegation of the Lao National Assembly (NA) led by Vice Chairman Senior Lieutenant General Suvon Luongbunmi visited the northern province of Dien Bien on April 24 to explore ways to enhance cooperation between northern Lao provinces and the Vietnamese locality. The discussions focused on strengthening ties through various initiatives and collaborative efforts.
