Ca mau: A workshop on promoting trade with the European market and accelerating technology adoption, innovation, and digital transformation among Vietnamese cooperatives was jointly held on December 2 in the southernmost province of Ca Mau by the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance and the provincial People’s Committee.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the event aimed to assist Vietnamese cooperatives in leveraging digital platforms to expand their reach into the European market. The workshop focused on strategies for technological advancement and innovation to ensure that Vietnamese cooperatives can effectively compete and engage in the European economic landscape.

The Vietnam Cooperative Alliance emphasized the importance of digital transformation for cooperatives, highlighting that adopting new technologies could significantly enhance their operational efficiency and market accessibility. The alliance also encouraged cooperatives to embrace innovation to meet the standards and demands of the European market.

The provincial People’s Committee outlined its commitment to supporting local cooperatives in this digital transition by providing necessary resources and training programs. They stressed that this initiative is crucial for the sustainable development of cooperatives and their integration into the global market.
