According to Vietnam News Agency, the integration of digital technology in the electoral process is part of a broader strategy to modernise governance and foster public trust. By leveraging digital tools, Ho Chi Minh City is setting a precedent for other regions, aiming for a more streamlined and accessible voting experience.
