Hanoi: Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung held talks with R©v©rien Ndikuriyo, Secretary General of Burundi's National Council for the Defense of Democracy - Forces for the Defense of Democracy (CNDD-FDD) party in Hanoi on July 28.
