Hanoi: Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung hosted a reception in Hanoi on May 21 for newly-appointed Cambodian Ambassador to Vietnam Touch Sopharath, expressing confidence in her ability to succeed in her post and to help deepen the friendship between the two nations.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting underscored the importance of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Cambodia.
