Phu Tho:French Minister Delegate for Francophonie, International Partnerships and French Nationals Abroad, Éléonore Caroit, visited the northern province of Phu Tho. During her visit, she surveyed the expanded Hoa Binh Hydropower Plant and examined the project on climate-resilient urban development in the Hoa Binh urban area.
