Hanoi: General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam, along with his spouse and the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation, departed Moscow on the evening of September 9, marking the end of their state visit to Russia. This visit took place from September 7 to 9.

According to Vietnam News Agency, following their time in Russia, President To Lam and his delegation have embarked on an official visit to France. During this visit, they will also attend the International Space Summit in Paris, scheduled from September 9 to 12.
