Hanoi: The Hanoi Housing Development and Investment Corporation (Handico) and Viglacera Corporation have officially initiated the construction of the CT3 apartment complex, which consists of 1,104 affordable housing units, at Thang Long Green City in the Kim Chung Urban Area located in Hanoi’s Dong Anh district. This significant development took place on March 3, with the objective of addressing the housing needs of over 3,900 people.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the project is anticipated to be completed five months ahead of schedule. The construction is set to conclude early in the third quarter of 2026, reflecting a commitment to accelerating the availability of affordable housing solutions in the region. The collaboration between Handico and Viglacera Corporation underscores a concerted effort to enhance urban living conditions and accommodate the growing population in Hanoi.
