Hanoi: A delegation of the Hanoi Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee laid wreaths at the monument to Vladimir Ilyich Lenin at Chi Lang Park on Dien Bien Phu street, Ba Dinh ward, marking his 156th birth anniversary. The tribute took place on April 22, coinciding with the birth date of Lenin, who was born on April 22, 1870.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the delegation was led by Politburo member and Secretary of the municipal Party Committee, Tran Duc Thang. Thang is also the head of the National Assembly deputies' delegation of Hanoi, highlighting the importance of the event in the city's political sphere.
