Hanoi: The 'Happiness Train' was officially launched on February 2 at the Hanoi Railway Station by Nhan dan (People) Newspaper, in coordination with the Vietnam Railways Corporation and Coteccons Construction JSC, as a meaningful initiative to spread compassion, optimism and national pride at the start of the Lunar New Year - the Year of the Horse.
