Ho Chi Minh City: Ho Chi Minh City has consistently regarded strengthening friendship and cooperation with Russian localities, organisations, and enterprises as a key part of its international integration strategy, said Nguyen Thanh Nghi, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the municipal Party Committee. He made the statement at a ceremony held by the Russian Consulate General in HCM City on May 13 to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the ceremony served as an opportunity to reflect on historical ties and explore future prospects for collaboration between Ho Chi Minh City and Russian entities. Nguyen Thanh Nghi emphasized the importance of these partnerships in enhancing mutual understanding and economic development.
