High Level Visit to China by Vietnam’s Leader Expected to Strengthen Bilateral Relations

Beijing: The upcoming state visit to China by Vietnam's Party Secretary General and State President To Lam, scheduled for April 14 to 17, is set to play a crucial role in advancing the relationship between the two Parties and nations. This visit comes at the invitation of General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and President of China, Xi Jinping.

According to Vietnam News Agency, Prof. Mi Liang, Director of the Southeast Asia Research Centre at Beijing Foreign Studies University, emphasized the importance of this visit. He noted that it holds particular significance for the development of bilateral relations, reflecting the commitment of both countries to strengthen their ties. Prof. Mi Liang shared his insights with correspondents from Vietnam News Agency in China, highlighting the strategic implications of the visit for both countries.
