Mexico city: The Vietnamese Embassy in Mexico and Mexico City authorities inaugurated the restored and upgraded monument to President Ho Chi Minh in a park in the capital on May 27.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the reopening of the monument coincides with the 136th birth anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh.
