Bangkok: General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President of Vietnam, To Lam, held talks with Prime Minister of Thailand, Anutin Charnvirakul, in Bangkok on May 28 as part of his official visit to Thailand from May 27-29.
