Hanoi:Vilay Lakhamfong, a Politburo member and Standing Member of the Secretariat of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party Central Committee, arrived in Hanoi on October 14 for an official three-day visit to Vietnam.

According to Vietnam News Agency, this visit is taking place at the invitation of Tran Cam Tu, a Politburo member and Standing Member of the Secretariat of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee.
