Hanoi:The 16th National Assembly deputies engaged in a plenary session to discuss two significant draft laws on October 29. These include the amended Land Law and the Law on Small- and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) Development.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the draft amended Land Law consists of 13 chapters and 112 articles, which is three chapters and 148 articles fewer than the upcoming 2024 Land Law.

The discussions reflect ongoing legislative efforts to refine legal frameworks governing land management and support for SMEs.
