Hanoi:Draft amendments to the Land Law, the Law on Housing, and the Law on Real Estate Business were the main topics of discussion among legislators on October 22. This discussion was part of the second session of the 16th National Assembly (NA).

According to Vietnam News Agency, NA deputies reviewed a proposal and a verification report concerning the draft amendments. Following this, the three bills were debated in groups.

The proposed legislative changes aim to unlock land resources to facilitate socio-economic development. The discussions are part of ongoing efforts to refine and improve the legal framework governing land, housing, and real estate business in the country.
