Tripoli: Libya wishes to strengthen cooperation with Vietnam in economics, trade, investment, and energy, particularly expressing a desire for Vietnam's support and sharing of experience in national reconstruction, President of the Presidential Council of Libya Muhammad Al-Menfi said. President Al-Menfi made these remarks during a reception for Vietnamese Ambassador to Egypt and Libya, Nguyen Nam Duong, following the diplomat's presentation of credentials from State President Luong Cuong on January 17.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting underscored Libya's interest in leveraging Vietnam's expertise in various sectors to aid its own national reconstruction efforts. President Al-Menfi emphasized the importance of learning from Vietnam's experiences to advance Libya's development goals and strengthen bilateral ties.
