Quang ninh: A delegation from Laos' Luang Prabang province, led by Vice Chairwoman of the provincial Administration Committee Viengvilay Dilaphan, visited Mong Cai 1 ward in the northeastern province of Quang Ninh on August 22 for an experience exchange. The visit was organized as part of a 2026 refresher course designed for Luang Prabang's leadership and management officials.

According to Vietnam News Agency, this initiative aims to implement the memorandum of understanding on cooperation for the years 2022-2026 and agreements made between the Party leaders of the two provinces. During the program, the delegation explored various models and sites in Mong Cai 1 ward to gain insights into effective governance and management practices.
