Hanoi: President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar Min Aung Hlaing and his spouse arrived in Hanoi, marking the start of their official visit to Vietnam from September 4 to 6. The visit comes at the invitation of General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam and his spouse.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the visit aims to strengthen the diplomatic and bilateral relations between Myanmar and Vietnam.
