Vientiane: National Assembly (NA) Chairman Tran Thanh Man met with President of the Lao NA Saysomphone Phomvihane in Vientiane on February 5, as part of the ongoing state visit to Laos by Party General Secretary To Lam.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting between the two legislative leaders highlighted the strong cooperation between Vietnam and Laos. Both sides discussed enhancing parliamentary collaboration and shared experiences in legislative work to further strengthen the ties between the two countries.

The discussions also focused on various bilateral issues and regional matters of mutual interest. Both leaders expressed a commitment to fostering a robust partnership between their respective national assemblies, which plays a crucial role in the development and stability of both nations.
