NA Chairman Meets Switzerland-Vietnam Friendship Association President in Geneva

Geneva: Chairman of the Vietnamese National Assembly (NA) Tran Thanh Man met with Anjuska Marija Weil, President of the Switzerland-Vietnam Friendship Association (SVFA), in Geneva on July 28. This meeting was part of his working trip to the Central European country.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the discussions highlighted the ongoing efforts to strengthen the relationship between Vietnam and Switzerland through the activities of the SVFA. The meeting underscored the importance of cooperation and the development of mutual understanding between the two nations. Both parties expressed their commitment to furthering these ties and exploring new avenues for collaboration.

The meeting also included conversations about cultural exchanges and initiatives that could enhance the bilateral relationship. Tran Thanh Man acknowledged the contributions of the SVFA in fostering a closer bond between Vietnam and Switzerland. Anjuska Marija Weil, on her part, reiterated the association’s dedication to supporting Vietnam in various fields and promoting Vietnamese culture in Switzerland.
