Rome: National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man met with Director-General of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) Qu Dongyu on April 14 (local time) during his official visit to Italy.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting between Tran Thanh Man and Qu Dongyu focused on strengthening cooperation between Vietnam and the FAO. Discussions included various collaborative projects aimed at enhancing food security and sustainable agricultural practices in Vietnam.

The talks also highlighted Vietnam's commitment to working with international partners to address global challenges in agriculture and food production. This visit underscores Vietnam's active participation in international dialogues on food and agriculture.
