Hanoi: National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man on July 17 emphasized the necessity of maintaining integrity, objectivity, and transparency in the process of selecting candidates for the National Assembly’s Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. During a conference held in Hanoi, which focused on preparing for the first Congress of the NA’s Party Organisation for the upcoming tenure scheduled for September or October, Man highlighted the critical qualities required of nominees. He stated that candidates must exhibit political strength, intelligence, moral integrity, and competence to effectively carry out the responsibilities assigned by the Party, the National Assembly, and the people.
According to Vietnam News Agency, Man’s remarks underscored the importance of a rigorous and principled selection process that ensures the chosen candidates possess the necessary attributes to lead and serve effectively.
