Hanoi: The 15th National Assembly engaged in discussions regarding a draft Resolution focused on several breakthrough mechanisms and policies aimed at protecting, caring for, and improving public health. Additionally, the Assembly deliberated on the investment policy for the National Target Programme on healthcare, population, and development, slated for the 2026-2035 period during its 10th session on December 2.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the implementation of this comprehensive programme over the 2026-2035 period is projected to require nearly 125.5 trillion VND, equivalent to 4.76 billion USD. The discussions underscored the significance of these policies in enhancing the quality of life for the populace, with a clear focus on sustainable development and improved health outcomes.
