Hanoi: The National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee convened its third session on June 10, focusing on draft resolutions and the settlement of citizens' petitions among other key issues. NA Chairman Tran Thanh Man delivered the opening remarks and, along with the vice chairpersons, presided over the meeting. The session is scheduled to have a contingency day on the morning of June 24.

According to Vietnam News Agency, during the session, the NA Standing Committee will deliberate on a draft ordinance that proposes amendments and supplements to several articles of the ordinance concerning the procedures for applying administrative sanctions at the People's Courts.
