Hanoi: The Party Committee of the National Assembly (NA) for the 2020-2025 term held its third meeting on June 10. The meeting aimed to evaluate its performance in the first half of this year, outline key tasks for the second half, and discuss preparations for the first congress of the NA’s Party organisation (2025-2030). Politburo member, Secretary of the NA’s Party Committee, and NA Chairman Tran Thanh Man chaired the event.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting is a significant step toward ensuring the effective functioning of the NA’s Party Committee. The discussions focused on assessing the achievements and challenges faced during the initial half of the year and setting strategic priorities for the upcoming months. The committee also emphasized the importance of thorough preparations for the forthcoming congress, which will set the agenda for the next term of the NA’s Party organisation.
