National Assembly Chairman Arrives in Turkey for Attendance at IPU-152

Istanbul: Chairman of the Vietnamese National Assembly Tran Thanh Man and his spouse Nguyen Thi Thanh Nga arrived in Istanbul on April 15 afternoon (local time), beginning a working trip to Turkey to attend the 152nd Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU-152) and conduct bilateral activities at the invitation of IPU President Tulia Ackson and IPU Secretary-General Martin Chungong.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the visit marks an important engagement for Vietnam as it seeks to strengthen its diplomatic and parliamentary ties with other member nations of the IPU. The assembly will serve as a platform for discussions and collaboration on global issues of mutual interest among the participating countries.

The participation of the Vietnamese delegation, led by Tran Thanh Man, underscores Vietnam's commitment to active involvement in international parliamentary activities.
