Beijing: Politburo member and Permanent member of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee's Secretariat Tran Cam Tu held talks with Cai Qi, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, Secretary of the CPC Central Committee's Secretariat and Chief of the CPC Central Committee's Office. The discussions took place in Beijing as part of the state visit to China by General Secretary of the CPV Central Committee and State President To Lam.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting between the two senior officials was a significant event, highlighting the ongoing diplomatic engagement and cooperation between Vietnam and China. The talks were held on April 15, underscoring the importance both parties place on their political and strategic relationship.
